Cindy Semonis is a Mohawk Indian and was born in Oceanside, California at Camp Pendleton to Shirley and Dalphus R. Herne. As the daughter of a Marine, Cindy was raised on military bases across the United States. She knew she wanted to be an actress when she attended her first play "Oklahoma" as a child. Shortly thereafter, she began her performing career in dance and theater. She attended the University of Arizona and met her husband in the Summer of 1983 and married in May, 1984. They have 3 sons. Cindy put her dreams of becoming on actress on hold to raise her family and finish her degree which she obtained from Alaska Pacific University in Organizational Management. She resumed her acting career and performed in theater for several years. She expanded into television and film in 2017. Show less «
