Why is this film so highly acclaimed? Everything that it "set out to do" was already done with "Red (2)", "Wanted", "Kingsman", "The Mask", the MCU, "Scott Pilgrim VS. The World", "The Punisher", and that's just in reference to films already released prior to that are based on comics.
