Raquel Crespo is facing a tragic fate because of her need for money and is desperate to take back her young daughter, Alba. To solve the financial crisis, Raquel goes to a bank called Nortcaja in the Santutxu neighborhood to talk to the bank manager who is trying to help her get the money she needs. Things turn into a very bad turn when two thieves arrive and cut off what Raquel is doing at that moment.
